Nilevo OZ Syrup is a combination medicine used to treat diarrhea and dysentery by preventing the growth of microorganisms and relieving painful symptoms. Nilevo OZ Syrup is a prescription medicine that should be taken as per the prescription or as suggested by the doctor. Nilevo OZ Syrup is a combination of two antibiotics: Levofloxacin and Ornidazole. Levofloxacin works by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria.
