Antacids neutralise or reduce gastric acidity, resulting in an increase in pH of the stomach and duodenum. Antacids do not coat the mucosal lining, but have a local astringent effect.

How it works

Simethicone relieves the system from gastric issues like acidity, bloating, and irritable bowel movement. Magaldrate treats indigestion, heartburn, gas, and other digestive problems by rapidly neutralizing or buffering existing acid in the stomach.

Direction of use

For immediate effect, consume 1-2 teaspoonful of Nilcid MPS Syrup after meals. Use after properly shaking the bottle. Use under Medical supervision.
