Neurozest GN 400mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of neuropathic pain by stopping the movement of pain signals to the brain. Neurozest GN 400mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine primarily used to treat neuropathic pain, which is pain caused by nerve damage. The medicine works by stopping the movement of pain signals to the brain. It combines Gabapentin, an alpha 2 delta ligand that modulates calcium channel activity in nerve cells, and Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant that increases levels of serotonin and noradrenaline to stop pain signals. While effective, it may have side effects and should be used under medical supervision, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Neurozest GN 400mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of Gabapentin and Nortriptyline. Gabapentin decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity in nerve cells, while Nortriptyline increases levels of serotonin and noradrenaline to stop pain signals in the brain. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain.
