Ayurvedic nasal irrigation solution containing sea salt and sodium bicarbonate. Nasoclear Nasal Wash is an Ayurvedic proprietary formulation designed for nasal irrigation.
The solution gently clears allergens and mucus, promoting nasal hygiene and easy breathing.
Dissolve the content of one packet in 200 ml of lukewarm water. Stir thoroughly until dry ingredients have completely dissolved. Take the hypertonic saline solution in a squeeze bottle. Tilting the head, pour water in one nostril. Gently and intermittent pressing through fingers is required for proper flow of content instead of hard pressing. The water will freely flow through one nostril, comes out through the other, pulls along allergens and thick mucus. Once completed, exhale through both nostrils to clear excess mucus and solution. Repeat the procedure through the other nostril.
