Metmaa Tablet is a combination of medicines used in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Metmaa Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol, Metformin, L-Methyl Folate Calcium, and Methylcobalamin. These medicines work by enhancing the body's response to insulin and decreasing high levels of a harmful substance (homocysteine). This effect improves hormone balance and leads to more regular ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.Swallow it as a whole.Do not chew, crush, or break it.Metmaa Tablet may be taken with or without food.It is better to take it at a fixed time
- An upset stomach with nausea and diarrhea may occur initially. Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.
- Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) may occur when taken along with antidiabetic medicines, alcohol, or on delaying/skipping a meal. Carry a sugar source for immediate relief.
