Lacsoft Cream is a topical medication used to treat dry, scaly skin and ichthyosis vulgaris, providing temporary relief from itching and hydrating the skin. Lacsoft Cream contains Ammonium lactate, a keratolytic and humectant that moisturizes and softens the skin by dissolving keratin, helping to remove dead skin cells and aid in skin hydration. It is used externally to treat dry, scaly skin and ichthyosis vulgaris, providing temporary relief from itching.
