I 100 XT Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Ferrous Bisglycinate, Zinc bisglycinate, Folic Acid, and Methylcobalamin. It may be taken with or without food and should be taken regularly and at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit. However, do not take it more than or longer than prescribed by the doctor, as that may cause harmful effects. It is generally a safe medicine with little or no side effects. If you experience any symptoms on taking this medicine which you think is caused by it, let your doctor know. They may be able to help.
