Hynidase Injection is a preservative used in combination with other medicines to enhance their absorption and potency. Hynidase Injection is a safe medicine that comes in combination with injectable medicines. It must be administered as per prescription under the supervision of the doctor or a nurse. Let your doctor know if you have any known allergies to this medication. It is generally well-tolerated, but some patients might experience injection site reactions such as redness, swelling, and pain. Inform your doctor if these reactions bother you.
Hyaluronidase increases the permeability of connective tissue through the hydrolysis of hyaluronic acid. It hydrolyzes hyaluronic acid by splitting the glucosaminidic bond between C1 of the glucosamine moiety and C4 of glucuronic acid. This temporarily decreases the viscosity of the cellular cement and increases diffusion of injected fluids or of localized transudates or exudates, thus facilitating their absorption.
