Hard & UP Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. Hard & UP Tablet may be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal. It should be strictly taken as advised by your doctor. The medicine will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. You should take it about one hour before you plan to have sex. The amount of time it takes to work varies from person to person but it normally takes between 30 minutes and one hour. Only take it if you need it and it has been prescribed to you by a doctor.
Hard & UP Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels.

Should I avoid alcohol while taking Hard & UP Tablet?
Alcohol in small amounts may not cause any discomfort to you. However, drinking too much alcohol (5 units or greater) can increase your chances of getting a headache or feeling dizzy, increased heart rate or low blood pressure.
Does Hard & UP Tablet delay ejaculation?
No, Hard & UP Tablet is not known to affect ejaculation. It is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
What are the symptoms that should prompt me to discontinue Hard & UP Tablet?
You should immediately consult your doctor if you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, sudden decrease in hearing or hearing loss, ringing in ears and dizziness. Also, contact your doctor if you experience prolonged erections greater than 4 hours and painful erections greater than 6 hours in duration.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Hard & UP Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Alcohol
