Gelusil Mps Xtracool White Liquid is a digestive-support medication containing a balanced mix of aluminium hydroxide, dimethicone, and magnesium hydroxide, which helps to neutralise increased stomach acid, release gas, and increase water in the intestine. Gelusil Mps Xtracool White Liquid is a digestive-support medication containing a balanced mix of aluminium hydroxide, dimethicone, and magnesium hydroxide. Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid, which neutralises increased stomach acid. Dimethicone is an antiflatulent which helps in releasing the gas. Magnesium hydroxide is a laxative that increases water in the intestine and reduces stomach acid. It is sugar-free and is generally well tolerated.
The medication contains a balanced mix of aluminium hydroxide, dimethicone, and magnesium hydroxide, which helps to neutralise increased stomach acid, release gas, and increase water in the intestine.
Take 1-2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) ½ -1 hour after each meal or whenever symptoms are pronounced. Do not take more than 10 teaspoonfuls in 24 hours period.
