Forzide M 80mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines: Gliclazide and Metformin.

Direction of use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Forzide M 80mg/500mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

Tips

• Monitor your blood sugar level regularly while you are taking this medicine.
