Flamin-MR Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of pain due to muscle spasm. How it works

Flamin-MR Tablet is a combination of two pain relievers (Ibuprofen, Paracetamol) and a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone). The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve movement of muscles.

Direction of use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Flamin-MR Tablet is to be taken with food.

Tips

• You have been prescribed Flamin-MR Tablet to get relief from pain and stiffness in the muscles.
• Along with taking it, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain.
• You might experience nausea, ask your doctor to prescribe you an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine) if it troubles you.
• Immediately seek medical help if you experience hallucinations, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle twitching, or loss of coordination.
• Inform your doctor if you have a history of seizures, heart disease, or stroke.
• If you have asthma, symptoms such as wheeze or breathlessness might become worse by Flamin-MR Tablet. If this happens to you, consult your doctor immediately.
