Some common food sources of iron include beetroots, dates, sweet potatoes, and pomegranates. Foods rich in folic acid are leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, beets, legumes, broccoli, and foods fortified with folic acid.
Are there any side effects associated with this supplement?
