Epiclin Gel is a combination medicine used to treat acne by minimizing excessive oil production, preventing the growth of microorganisms that cause acne, and reducing inflammation. Epiclin Gel is only meant for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. A thin layer of the medicine should be applied only to the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands. Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine. Epiclin Gel is a combination of two medicines: Clindamycin and Nicotinamide. Clindamycin is an antibiotic which works by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria.
