It helps treat the conditions by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach thereby relieving symptoms of acidity such as heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation.
Ecocid-DSR Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Pantoprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
What is Ecocid-DSR Capsule?
Ecocid-DSR Capsule is a combination of Domperidone and Pantoprazole. This combination is used to treat acidity, heartburn or Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), a condition where the acid in the stomach flows back up into the food pipe (esophagus). It is also used to treat gastric and duodenal ulcers. Domperidone helps control vomiting. It increases the movement of the stomach and intestines which allows the food to move more easily through the stomach.

- Take Ecocid-DSR Capsule one hour before the meal

- Long-term use of Ecocid-DSR Capsule can cause weak bones and a deficiency of minerals such as magnesium. Take adequate dietary intake of calcium and magnesium or their supplements as prescribed by your doctor
- Incorporate the following lifestyle changes in order to prevent acidity and heartburn: Make sure you eat regular meals and drink plenty of water, Avoid spicy and fatty fried food, Lose weight if you are obese, If you are a smoker consider giving up, Don't drink too much alcohol, Do not go to bed immediately after taking a meal. Sit in a relaxed position for some time for better digestion
