Drotin Injection is an antispasmodic medicine used to treat menstrual pain, abdominal pain, and other smooth muscle spasms. Drotin Injection is given as an injection under the medical supervision of a doctor. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.
Drotin Injection is an anti-spasmodic medicine which relieves contractions (spasms) associated with smooth muscles in the abdomen.
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self-administer.
- Drotin Injection helps relieve pain due to smooth muscle spasms such as menstrual pain, pain due to kidney stone, and colicky pain.
- Take it as per dose and duration suggested by your doctor.
- It may cause a drop in your blood pressure. Monitor your blood pressure regularly and inform your doctor if you have a history of low blood pressure.
- Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Drotin Injection may cause dizziness.
- Inform your doctor if you have severe kidney, liver, or heart disease.
