Dolovist-PG Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Pregabalin which relieve pain..Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation..Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.
