Cozec-L Syrup is a combination medicine used in the treatment of cough with mucus. Cozec-L Syrup is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Cozec-L Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol and Guaifenesin which relieves cough with mucus.
What is Cozec-L Syrup?
Cozec-L Syrup is a combination medication containing Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol/Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It is used to treat coughs accompanied by mucus. Ambroxol helps break down mucus, making it easier to cough up, while Levosalbutamol relaxes airway muscles and widens airways. Guaifenesin reduces mucus stickiness and facilitates its removal from the airways.
Is it safe to use Cozec-L Syrup?
Cozec-L Syrup is generally safe for most patients. However, some individuals may experience common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, allergic reactions, dizziness, headache, rash, urticaria, tremors, palpitations, muscle cramps, and increased heart rate. - It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you.

- Stop taking Cozec-L Syrup and inform your doctor if your cough persists for more than 1 week tends to recur or is accompanied by a fever, rash or persistent headache.
