Costo LS Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol, and Guaifenesin, which relieves cough with mucus.
What is Costo LS Syrup?
Costo LS Syrup contains Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It is used to treat coughs with mucus production. Ambroxol is a mucolytic, which thins and loosens the mucus (phlegm) for easier coughing. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator, relaxing airway muscles and widening airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases mucus stickiness and helps remove it from the airways.
Is Costo LS Syrup safe to use?
Costo LS Syrup is generally considered safe for most patients. However, some people may experience common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, allergic reactions, dizziness, headache, rash, urticaria, tremor, palpitations, muscle cramps and an increased heart rate.
