Combolin Respules (2.5ml each) is used for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) by relaxing the muscles of the air passages and making it easier to breathe. Combolin Respules (2.5ml each) is a combination of two medicines that makes breathing easier for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages and making it easier to breathe. It relieves coughing, wheezing and feeling short of breath.
Combolin Respules (2.5ml each) is a combination of two medicines: Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator while Ipratropium is an anticholinergic. They work by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widen the airways. Together they make breathing easier.
Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Twist off the top of the respule/transpule and squeeze all the liquid into the nebulizer. It should be used right away after opening.
Alcohol
Combolin Respules (2.5ml each) may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.
Breastfeed
Combolin Respules (2.5ml each) is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Pregnancy
