Coldol Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Cetirizine, Paracetamol, and Phenylephrine. It relieves symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, body ache, and fever. It is commonly prescribed in children to treat these symptoms.

Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that blocks the release of chemical messengers responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows small blood vessels to relieve congestion.
