Cofryl Syrup is used in the treatment of cough and relieves allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion or stuffiness. Cofryl Syrup is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.

Yes, Cofryl Syrup may induce drowsiness or make you feel excessively sleepy. To ensure your safety, avoid engaging in activities that require attention and coordination until you know how the medication affects you. If you experience excessive somnolence, notify your doctor immediately.
Is it safe to breastfeed while taking Cofryl Syrup?
No, it is not recommended to breastfeed while using Cofryl Syrup. Diphenhydramine, a key component of this medication, can pass into the breast milk and potentially harm the baby. If you are breastfeeding and advised to take this medicine, inform your doctor immediately.
How should I store and dispose of Cofryl Syrup?
