What is Coblona 500mcg Injection?
Coblona 500mcg Injection contains vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that helps the body make red blood cells and maintain a healthy nervous system. It also plays a role in releasing energy from food and using vitamin B11 (folic acid).
Why can’t I get sufficient vitamin B12 from my diet?
While most people obtain vitamin B12 from meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products, individuals who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet may not get enough due to the lack of naturally occurring vitamin B12 in fruits, vegetables, and grains. Therefore, it is essential for vegetarians and vegans to ensure adequate intake of this nutrient through supplements.
