It plays a vital role in the formation of red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body. It is also essential in pregnancy due to its role in the development of the unborn baby's brain and spinal cord. Zinc is a micromineral that provides nutrition.

Direction of use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Citafer-XT Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Citafer-XT Tablet with dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, butter, paneer, and ice cream.
