It helps to lower high blood pressure thus reduces chances of future heart attack and stroke.
Cilaheart TC 40mg/10mg/6.25mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Telmisartan, Cilnidipine, and Chlorthalidone. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time, it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.
