Bisonext AM 2.5 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine and Bisoprolol which lowers blood pressure effectively. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker which works by relaxing blood vessels while bisoprolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate.

Direction of use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Bisonext AM 2.5 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
