Avoban Plus Oral Suspension is an anti-worm medicine used to treat roundworm and tapeworm infections in children. Avoban Plus Oral Suspension is an anti-worm medicine given to treat a multitude of parasitic worm infestations such as roundworm and tapeworm infections in children. It works by paralyzing and restraining the worms from absorbing the body's energy, leading to their eventual death.
Avoban Plus Oral Suspension is a mixture of two medicines: Ivermectin and Albendazole. Ivermectin works by binding to the muscle and nerve cells of worms causing their paralysis and death. Albendazole works by keeping the worms from absorbing sugar (glucose) thereby depleting their energy level. This causes the worms to die thereby treating your child's infection effectively.
