Direction of use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Asthamax AX 400mg/30mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Asthamax AX 400mg/30mg Tablet with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.

Tips

• You have been prescribed Asthamax AX 400mg/30mg Tablet for prevention and treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
• It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you.
• If at any time your breathing gets worse, please contact your doctor or nurse for advice straightaway.
• Do not smoke. Smoking causes irritation and damage to the lungs and will make your condition worse.
• Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor even if you feel better.
