Alproxen 200mg Infusion is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections, including urinary tract, nose, throat, skin, and lung infections. Alproxen 200mg Infusion is given as an injection into a vein (intravenous) in cases where oral administration is not possible, such as in hospitalized or unconscious patients. It is administered by a healthcare professional. Kindly do not self-administer. Avoid skipping any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Some people may have nausea, headache, dizziness, and vomiting as side effects of this medicine. You may also notice some injection site reactions like pain, swelling, or redness. These are usually temporary and resolve on their own, but please consult your doctor if these side effects persist for a longer duration. Diarrhea may also occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it does not stop or if you find blood in your stools.
Alproxen 200mg Infusion is an antibiotic. It works by stopping the action of a bacterial enzyme called DNA-gyrase. This prevents the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing them.

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Alproxen 200mg Infusion.
Breastfeed
Alproxen 200mg Infusion is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnancy
