Alkeprost 500mg Tablet has the potential for serious liver problems. In rare cases, it could even lead to complete liver failure (called acute liver failure) that can be life-threatening. If you notice yellowing of your skin or eyes, darkening of your urine, or severe nausea or vomiting, tell your doctor immediately. These symptoms may indicate potential liver issues.
