Alfol tablet is a medication containing Ferrous Ascorbate and Folic acid, used to treat iron deficiency anemia, iron deficiency due to chronic blood loss or low intake of iron, and nutritional anemia during pregnancy and lactation. Alfol tablet is a combination medication containing Ferrous Ascorbate and Folic acid. Ferrous Ascorbate is a source of iron, which is essential for transporting oxygen throughout the body and maintaining red blood cells.
