How it works

Aclovay Cold Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Cetirizine, Phenylephrine, and Caffeine. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that blocks chemical messengers causing pain and fever. Cetirizine is an antihistamine that treats allergy symptoms by blocking histamine. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows blood vessels to relieve nasal congestion. Caffeine is a stimulant that reduces sleepiness caused by Cetirizine.

Direction of use
