Magaldrate is an inorganic salt that neutralizes the excess acid in stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Oxetacaine is a local anesthetic which provides faster relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach.
