Abatitor 250mg Tablet is used to treat cancer of the prostate gland and may be used with other medicines as part of combination chemotherapy. Abatitor 250mg Tablet is an anticancer medication used to treat prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. It works by preventing androgen (male hormone) production in men, which slows down the growth of prostate cancer. It is usually taken with another medicine called prednisolone to reduce unwanted side effects.
Abatitor 250mg Tablet is an anticancer medication that works by preventing androgen (male hormone) production in men. This is done by inhibiting an enzyme (CYP17) that is responsible for the production of androgen. This is how it slows down the growth of prostate cancer.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Abatitor 250mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
