5-Zine-A Tablet contains Ambroxol, Levocetirizine, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Phenylephrine, and it's used to treat common cold.

Yes, some people experience nausea or vomiting after taking 5-Zine-A Tablet. Taking this medication with milk, food or antacids may help prevent these side effects. Avoid consuming fatty or fried foods along with this medicine. If you feel sick to your stomach, drink water or other fluids in small sips.
