3D Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat pain due to muscle spasms, improving muscle movement and providing relief from pain and discomfort. 3D Tablet should be taken with food to prevent stomach upset. It should be taken regularly as advised by your doctor and not used for a longer duration than recommended. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and dryness in the mouth. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, let your doctor know. The medicine may not be suitable for everybody, so let your doctor know if you have any problems with your heart, kidneys, or liver. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors before using the medicine.
3D Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone) and two pain relieving medicines (Diclofenac and Paracetamol). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving movement of muscles. The pain relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation.
What is 3D Tablet?
3D Tablet is a combination of diclofenac, paracetamol, and chlorzoxazone. This medication helps relieve muscle pain. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant that works by affecting the central nervous system. Diclofenac and paracetamol work by reducing the chemical substance (prostaglandins) in the body that causes pain and inflammation.
Is 3D Tablet safe to use?
3D Tablet is generally safe for most patients. However, some individuals may experience common side effects like nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, dry mouth, weakness, sleepiness, and other uncommon or rare adverse events. Inform your doctor immediately if you experience any persistent problems due to the medication.
Can I stop taking 3D Tablet when my pain is relieved?
You should continue taking 3D Tablet as prescribed by your doctor unless otherwise advised. However, it can be discontinued if you are using it for short-term pain relief.
Can the use of 3D Tablet cause nausea and vomiting?
Yes, 3D Tablet may cause nausea and vomiting in some patients. In such cases, take it with food or milk or an antacid. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. If you experience vomiting, drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. If vomiting persists or you notice signs of dehydration (dark-colored and strong-smelling urine and low urination frequency), consult your doctor. Do not take any other medicine without speaking to your doctor.

Yes, 3D Tablet may cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is best to rest for a while and resume only when you feel better.
Can the use of 3D Tablet damage the kidneys?
