Furthermore, children are more sensitive to toxicity than adults. Therefore, it is recommended that you seek immediate medical attention from your child's doctor if this occurs.

How to use Xylomectin-P Nasal Drops in my child?

Before administering Xylomectin-P Nasal Drops, ask your child to clear their nose by gently blowing. Then, have your child lie down and look upwards. Tilt their head back as far as comfortable or if lying on a bed, keep the head over the side. Open the cap of the medicine container and without touching the nozzle to the nose, apply the medication into each nostril. Allow the drops to spread throughout the nose by keeping the head tilted back for a short time. Replace the cap immediately after use. If the drop misses the nose completely, administer it again. If any part of the drop enters the nose, do not administer another dose. Repeat for the other nostril. Before applying the next dose, make sure to clean and dry the nozzle. Only one person should use this bottle to avoid spreading infection.

When should I call my child’s doctor right away?
