Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in relieving muscular pain by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. Xpain Plus 8 Tablet should be taken with food to prevent an upset stomach. The dose and duration depend on the severity of your condition. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and dryness in the mouth. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Inform your doctor about any other medical conditions or medications you are taking. Avoid alcohol consumption while on this medication. Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Thiocolchicoside) and two pain relievers (Aceclofenac, Paracetamol). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve movement of muscles. The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is to be taken with food.
