Volflam D 400 mg/325 mg/32.5 mg Tablet is a combination of three pain relieving medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene. Dextropropoxyphene works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain thereby further decreasing pain perception.
