Uronex 0.4mg Tablet PR is an alpha-adrenergic antagonist used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia, relieving symptoms like difficulty in passing urine. Uronex 0.4mg Tablet PR is an alpha blocker that helps to relieve symptoms of enlarged prostate. It does not decrease the size of the prostate. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland, making it easier to pass urine. This helps empty the bladder completely and reduces the need to pass urine frequently or urgently in BPH.
