Unin MS Syrup is a medicine used to treat bacterial infections of the teeth, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, and genital tract in children. Unin MS Syrup is a combination of three active ingredients: ofloxacin, metronidazole, and simethicone. It is used to treat bacterial infections in children. The antibiotic ingredients interfere with the genetic material of bacteria, killing the infection-causing bacteria and preventing its growth and stopping the infection. Simethicone binds with gas bubbles, aiding in their removal and providing relief in stomach pain and bloating.

No, do not mix Unin MS Syrup with cough and cold medicines that contain alcohol. This can cause a disulfiram reaction, resulting in symptoms like nausea, vomiting, flushing, dizziness, etc.
What if I accidentally give an overdose of Unin MS Syrup?
An extra dose of Unin MS Syrup is unlikely to cause harm. However, if you suspect your child has taken too much, contact a doctor immediately. Overdose symptoms may include seizures, tremors, severe headache, sudden weakness, blood cell abnormalities, and rapid heartbeat.

Yes, this is a common side effect of Unin MS Syrup due to its active ingredient metronidazole. It's not pathogenic and subsides once the medicine is stopped after completing treatment.
