Unin MS Syrup is a medicine used to treat bacterial infections of the teeth, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, and genital tract in children. Unin MS Syrup is a combination of three active ingredients: ofloxacin, metronidazole, and simethicone. It is used to treat bacterial infections in children. The antibiotic ingredients interfere with the genetic material of bacteria, killing the infection-causing bacteria and preventing its growth and stopping the infection. Simethicone binds with gas bubbles, aiding in their removal and providing relief in stomach pain and bloating.

What precautions should I inform my doctor about before giving Unin MS Syrup to my child?
Inform your doctor if your child has any pre-existing medical conditions, such as heart disease, seizures, psychiatric disorders, diabetes, photoallergy, neuromuscular disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, or genetic disorders involving blood vessels. This is because Unin MS Syrup may exacerbate these conditions and lead to complications.
Can I give Unin MS Syrup with other cough and cold medicines?

What if I accidentally give an overdose of Unin MS Syrup?
An extra dose of Unin MS Syrup is unlikely to cause harm. However, if you suspect your child has taken too much, contact a doctor immediately. Overdose symptoms may include seizures, tremors, severe headache, sudden weakness, blood cell abnormalities, and rapid heartbeat.
Why might my child not show improvement after taking Unin MS Syrup for the prescribed duration?
It could mean that Unin MS Syrup is ineffective against the infection-causing bacteria. In such cases, consult your child's doctor who may prescribe alternative antibiotics with higher efficacy. Sometimes, these antibiotics may need to be given intravenously (IV injection) in a hospital.
Can other medicines be taken at the same time as Unin MS Syrup?
Inform your doctor about any other medications your child is taking before starting Unin MS Syrup. Also, consult with your child's doctor before giving any additional medicine to your child.

Is it normal for my child to pass red-brown urine while taking Unin MS Syrup?
