Triveglitor 1 Tablet SR contains Glimepiride, Metformin, and Voglibose. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). This medicine improves blood glucose levels in adults when combined with diet and exercise. Glimepiride reduces blood glucose by enhancing insulin release from the pancreas. Metformin decreases glucose production in the liver and increases insulin sensitivity. Voglibose, an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor, lowers postprandial (after meal) glucose levels.
