Tripon 10mg Tablet is a tricyclic antidepressant used to treat depression, neuropathic pain, and migraine.
Tablet
Tripon 10mg Tablet is normally taken before bedtime because it can make you feel sleepy. It can be taken with or without food. The dose and how often you need to take it will be decided by your doctor so that you get the right amount to control your symptoms.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tripon 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Tripon 10mg Tablet.
Tripon 10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding.
Tripon 10mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Linezolid Moclobemide Moxonidine
Tripon 10mg Tablet contains Amitriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant. It has anticholinergic and sedative properties. It prevents the reuptake and hence the inactivation of neurotransmitters called noradrenaline and serotonin that are present at the nerve terminals in our brain.
It may take 4 to 6 weeks for Tripon 10mg Tablet to start working. Keep taking it as prescribed. It may cause sleepiness. Take it at bedtime and do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Monitor your weight during the treatment as this medicine can cause weight gain and increased appetite. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Tripon 10mg Tablet as it may cause excessive sleepiness. Pay close attention to any changes, especially sudden changes in mood, behaviors, thoughts, or feelings.
