Topisal-MF 3% Ointment is a combination of four medicines: Clobetasol, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, and Urea. It is used to treat eczema and psoriasis. It helps to provide relief from redness, itching, and swelling. It removes dead skin cells and helps in softening the skin.
Topisal-MF 3% Ointment is a combination of four medicines: Clobetasol, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, and Urea. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, and Urea are keratolytic medicines that break down keratin clumps, remove dead skin cells, and soften the skin.
Apply to the affected areas as a thin film two or three times daily or as advised by your doctor. Do not cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor.
