A list of bacteria that can be killed by Tobrop Eye Drop includes Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis, some species of Streptococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus mirabilis, Morganella morganii, most Proteus vulgaris strains, Haemophilus influenza, and H. aegyptius, Moraxella lacunata, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, and some Neisseria species. Your doctor will evaluate whether this medicine is suitable for your condition.
How long should I use Tobrop Eye Drop?
The doctor will determine the duration of treatment based on the severity of the infection. For mild to moderate eye infections, you may need 1-2 drops, four times a day, usually. In severe infections, your doctor may prescribe two drops every hour. Do not use more or less than prescribed by your doctor, and do not use it more often than recommended. Your doctor will specify the exact duration of treatment.
How should Tobrop Eye Drop be used?
Wash your hands before using Tobrop Eye Drop. Do not touch the dropper tip against your eye or any other surface. Tilt your head slightly and instill one drop, closing your eyes for 2-3 minutes with your head down, avoiding blinking or squinting. Gently press your finger to the inside corner of your eye for about a minute to keep the liquid from draining into your tear duct. If you use more than one drop, wait about five minutes between the drops. Wait at least ten minutes before using any other eye drops prescribed by your doctor.
