Aureus and S. epidermidis, some species of Streptococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus mirabilis, Morganella morganii, most Proteus vulgaris strains, Haemophilus influenza, and H. aegyptius, Moraxella lacunata, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, and some Neisseria species. Your doctor will determine the suitability of this medicine for your condition.
How long should I use Tobrin Eye Drop?
Your doctor determines the treatment duration based on the severity of the infection. For mild to moderate eye infections, your doctor may advise applying 1-2 drops four times a day. In severe cases, you may be prescribed two drops every hour. Never use more or less than recommended by your doctor. Follow the exact dosage as prescribed.
How should I use Tobrin Eye Drop?
Before using Tobrin Eye Drop, wash your hands thoroughly. Avoid touching the eye drop dropper tip to your eyes or any other surface. Tilt your head slightly and apply one drop. Close your eyes for 2-3 minutes with your head tilted down. Avoid blinking or squinting while using the drops. Press gently on the inside corner of your eye for about 1 minute, this helps prevent the liquid from draining into your tear duct. If you use more than one drop, wait at least 5 minutes before applying any subsequent drops. It's recommended to wait at least 10 minutes after using Tobrin Eye Drop before applying other prescribed eye drops by your doctor.
