It helps relax the muscles of the air passages, making it easier to breathe and relieving symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath. The effect of this medicine may be noticeable after a few days but will only reach its maximum after a few weeks. It must be used regularly to be effective. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, dryness in the mouth, vomiting, dizziness, nasopharyngitis, and insomnia. Consult your doctor if you experience any serious side effects or if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
Tiomate Transhaler is a combination of two medicines: Formoterol and Tiotropium. Formoterol is a bronchodilator while Tiotropium is an anticholinergic. They work by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widening the airways, making breathing easier.

While you are breathing in from your mouth, press down on the inhaler one time to release the medication and hold your breath for 10 seconds.
