Tinnicar Capsule is a prescription medicine used to treat tinnitus (ringing or buzzing sound in the ears despite the absence of any external noise). Tinnicar Capsule is an oto-neuroprotective (inner ear protective) medication that works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger in the brain (glutamate) thereby reducing the severity of tinnitus. It is used to treat tinnitus or ringing in the ear. The primary treatment is to identify methods that help you cope with the sounds. Diverting your attention to activities around you may be of help. Quit smoking and try to keep away the stress. Find ways that help you feel better.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Tinnicar Capsule may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- Tinnicar Capsule has been prescribed to treat tinnitus or ringing in the ear.

Alcohol
It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Tinnicar Capsule. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeed
Tinnicar Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnancy
Tinnicar Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
