Thyrotas 12.5 Tablet is used to treat an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism) by replacing the hormone that is not being produced in sufficient quantity. Before you start taking Thyrotas 12.5 Tablet, your doctor will do a blood test to determine the appropriate dose. Regular blood tests will be conducted to monitor its effectiveness, and the dose may be adjusted accordingly. It is best taken on an empty stomach before your first meal of the day. Consistent use is crucial for maximum benefit, and it may take several weeks to see improvement in symptoms. Common side effects include palpitations, vomiting, anxiety, diarrhea, weight loss, tremors, increased appetite, and restlessness, which usually subside once the correct dose is established. If severe side effects occur, such as a very high temperature, fast or irregular heart rate, low blood pressure, jaundice, confusion, or seizures, contact your doctor immediately.
