A spectrum of bacteria that can be killed by Teobic 0.3% Eye Drop includes Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermidis, certain Streptococci species, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus mirabilis, Morganella morganii, most Proteus vulgaris strains, Haemophilus influenza, and H. aegyptius, Moraxella lacunata, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, and some Neisseria species. How long should I use Teobic 0.3% Eye Drop?
Your doctor will determine the duration of treatment based on the severity of the infection. For mild to moderate eye infections, you may be advised to use 1-2 drops four times a day, as a general guideline. In severe cases, you may be prescribed two drops every hour. Do not exceed or decrease the dosage without consultation with your doctor. Please adhere to the doctor's prescribed dosage and usage.
How should Teobic 0.3% Eye Drop be used?
Before using Teobic 0.3% Eye Drops, wash your hands thoroughly. Do not touch the dropper tip to your eye or any other surface. Tilt your head slightly and instill one drop directly into the affected eye. Close your eyes for approximately 2 to 3 minutes while maintaining head tilt, avoiding blinking or squinting. Gently press your finger to the inside corner of the eye for about a minute, this helps ensure that the medication stays in place. If using more than one drop, wait approximately 5 minutes before administering the subsequent drop. It is advised to wait at least 10 minutes before applying any other prescribed eye drops.
